Scott Godwin has a passion for helping people to live a better and healthier life and perform better. He is the founder and owner of Live Well Inc., and 3.0 Solutions, a health, fitness, sports, and wellness consultancy with individual and corporate clients all over the US and has helped 1000s of people achieve their goals, including Fortune 100 Executives, Olympic and Amateur athletes, and individuals with disabilities.  

He is also the author of several books including the highly rated “Movement & Meaning: Managing Stress & Building Mental Strength through Exercise”“Healthy Work: Putting the Good Back into Work”, and “3.0 Nutrition: Eating Better than Ever.”

Scott has spoken at many prominent organizations, such as The Capital City Club, The Sports Rehab Centers of Atlanta, Natural Body Health Spas, Aprio Inc., Auburn University, the University of Pennsylvania, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State University as well as numerous non-profits and civic organizations, and has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and on NBC and several national and international radio stations.

Scott earned his MS in Exercise Science from Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Auburn University. He is a certified A.C.E. Fitness Nutrition Specialist and  an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and enjoys living an active life and giving back to the community.
