I recently put together a video entitled 6 Principles and 12 Exercises for Running Well. In the video I discuss essential strategies, as well as some bodyweight exercises you can do to run better, longer, faster, and in a healthier way. I tried to make the video as short as possible, but with such a popular topic, I could have easily gone in many directions and for a long long time. I’ve been running for many years and love it. It’s free to do, superb exercise, and sometimes even fun!
