When it comes to your brain and mind, the smallest things can make the biggest difference. I realized recently I was drinking too much caffeine, sometimes 3-4 cups a day of coffee. I love coffee! Some coffee is good for you because it helps you focus and it has antioxidants. Too much though, and you can block a hormone called GABA, which can make you feel anxious. So I decided to take 2 weeks off.
