Most things in life are possible. An overwhelming majority of things are possible actually. People said that no one could break the 4-minute mile until Roger Banister did it on the 6th of May, 1954.
You may never be the best at something, but you can do something.
Break it down into pieces and do it little by little over time. Showing up is the hard part.
“The more restricted our society and work become, the more necessary it will be to find some outlet for this craving for freedom. No one can say, ‘You must not run faster than this, or jump higher than that.’ The human spirit is indomitable.”
-Sir Roger Bannister, first runner to run a sub-four-minute mile
